Overall Satisfaction with TalentLMS

We use TalentLMS as a Professional Development tool for Early Childhood Education in our community. We target 3 areas by using 3 branches: Early Childhood Educators, Families and Community members, internal employees. We have approximately 4000 users on the Early Childhood Educator branch.

Pros

  • User friendly.
  • Easily upload scorms to the platform.
  • Provides reports.

Cons

  • Include a more detailed report for scorm answers for data collection.
  • The ability to add a discussion board per course.
  • Allow for more custom gamification options for education.
  • TalentLMS has a positive impact on reaching our broader community with Professional Development in the area of Early Childhood Education.
  • TalentLMS has a positive impact on reaching families and community members with resources and training opportunities.
  • TalentLMS has given us the opportunity to track grants, increase professional development, and provide reports to upper management.
Your support team is very responsive and helpful, always in a timely manner.
Implementation was smooth and successful. We started small. We slowly began creating courses while inviting our community of learners which has grown to over 4,000 users.
  • Canvas
TalentLMS is user friendly and simple to learn. It is a well functional tool for professional development. It is stable and allows us to offer courses for 3 different types of learners by utilizing 3 different branches. Canvas was more cumbersome.
