Overall Satisfaction with TalentReef

TalentReef is our ATS (applicant tracking system) so we use it to manage our open positions and candidate flow, which goes through to onboarding as well.

Pros

  • Easy to understand/user interface.
  • Integrates with other system.
  • Administrative support.

Cons

  • The system is not very flexible.
  • Customer service on the candidate end can take awhile.
  • Some of their updates are not fully flushed out.
  • It is impossible to measure the ROI of this system.
TalentReef is a much more paired down, basic version of both iCIMS and Paylocity; with iCIMS being far and away from the most robust of the three.

Criteria
This system is good for our end-user, busy fast food General Managers. For them, it is easy and user-friendly. On the administration end, I wish that I had more ability to manipulate the back end and that it was more sophisticated.
