Overall Satisfaction with Taleo

Our organization uses Taleo as our main ATS system to identify the best talent in the market.
  • Taleo is very intuitive. Either it be reporting, customizing your dashboard, etc. the system is very easy to navigate.
  • Our candidate experience has increased satisfaction exponentially. Our candidates comment on the ease of the application process and the easy search functionality on our careers page.
  • Taleo has a unique Onboarding system: configurable workflows dependent on the type of hire, easy attachments, intuitive for the new hires, and flexible to manipulate data.
  • In 14.a Taleo has embedded video to job description, which is awesome. That was the only weakness I can identify thus far in Taleo.
  • Better customer service experience.
Taleo is a great ATS. They are always working on their weakness and listening to their customers.
Ask about the offboarding system. I know our organization does not use Taleo to its full capability, but it has a lot functionalities that can be utilized to its maximum capacity.
