Overall Satisfaction with Taleo

We used Taleo at my former company - a global Public Relations firm. Prior to Taleo we did not have an ATS.

Pros

  • Easy job postings
  • Search features

Cons

  • More basic versions
  • Time saving
  • Cut out external costs due to search features
More comprehensive than UltiPro - better search capabilities but all depends on an organizations size.
For a large global company Taleo is a strong product. For a smaller organization, it is too robust.
