Overall Satisfaction with TapClicks

TapClicks is used by our organization to gather various information from other platforms and create a single dashboard for our clients. It is used in our digital marketing department. It solves the problem of sending multiple dashboards to our clients. Instead, we are able to compile all of our data into one and send it off.

Pros

  • TapClicks customer service is quick to respond.
  • TapClicks has great design concepts to visualize the data.
  • TapClicks has easy API integrations with most service providers.

Cons

  • TapClicks is very difficult to use for the first time.
  • The on-boarding process and setting up the dashboards can be time consuming.
  • Make the UI easier to use and possibly have a chat feature with support.
  • Able to easily create a single dashboard with KPI to send to our clients.
  • Increased our ROI in terms of limiting employee hours on preparing dashboards.
We have not used a similar dashboard service. We selected TapClicks because of an internal employee who previously worked with the company. Once familiarizing yourself with the product, it can be extremely helpful for digital marketers in creating dashboards and presenting their data.
It is well suited for agencies who apply lots of different platforms and want to prepare dashboards for their clients. It would be less appropriate if a company does not use other services. The API integration is very useful for a company who uses many different vendors.
