Overall Satisfaction with Teamcenter

We have used the application of Teamcenter for keep track of our processes and sales information. As a team, how easier it is able to track different paths and involving our stakeholders so they know the entire process and helps avoid conflict. We also us this platform for keeping our documents needed, and Teamcenter seems like a central repository of storing all files in one and easy to access. Further, they provide encrypted method making it accessible to only certain people for protection of privacy. I overall, like the platform.

  • Visualization of product life cycle is better
  • Better work distribution easy to view workflows and what's to be done and better collaboration between team

Cons

  • Integration can be further improved as the load time is higher with intervene the workflow
  • The customer support post Integration isn't supportive at times
  • We chose Teamcenter for it cost-effectiveness and expectations met. The ROI had been over 25% as we had integrated with multiple teams and allowed us to make better processes with a central platform.
  • Streamlined our processes and scalability well without any issues with the volumes of data handled.
Easier to keep track of various changes and keeping our sales and client data safety and reduced errors involving sales marketing, tracking all documents like contracts with clients this has helped manage work more effectively. Further, the tool is a central tools when it comes to organization of files and access permission is limited only to secure individuals for security measures of handling data which is of confidentiality
Teamcenter performs better compared to other two tools, due to it's efficiency with collaboration of multiple teams and acting as a central repository.

My favourite aspect about Teamcenter is the reporting tools, which allows me to integrate data from different sources into a single platform and analyze it different ways as an analyst this is so helpful. Further, I am able to understand different metrics helps better our sales numbers. Another reason to choose this is how cost-effective and less expensive it is compared to others.
