Overall Satisfaction with Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams

Teams Manager is used to track our experimental workflow through OneNote. Since it allows for OneNote integration into teams, this gives us the capability to streamline access and make sure that all data is captured in a managed way. This is the primary use case, but other templates are also available.

Pros

  • OneNote integration.
  • Template creation.
  • Workflow management.

Cons

  • Tool tips.
  • Ability to have multiple windows open.
  • Guided videos.
  • Estimated labor savings of ~2-4% for project managers.
  • Streamlined access to data.
  • Post data acquisition analysis is easier.
It is a well-designed and polished application on Teams. Most of its issues stem from Teams UI and UX, which could be improved further. However, if you can fit the team manager to your needs, it can become a very powerful tool to manage data flow.
Similar teams meeting management software with totally different functionality. It was used briefly in a one-off trial but was never implemented due to the dominance of Teams and Zoom. It's essential to use software that most people can access, or at least quickly obtain, for holding meetings with people outside of your organization.

Do you think Solutions2Share Teams Manager delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Solutions2Share Teams Manager's feature set?

Yes

Did Solutions2Share Teams Manager live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Solutions2Share Teams Manager go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Solutions2Share Teams Manager again?

Yes

It's well suited if you or your organization performs tasks incorporating other Microsoft programs such as OneNote or Planner. Teams Manager allows for easy management of that software usage; if you do not use any of those, I'm not sure if there is much advantage in using it to manage workflow.
