Overall Satisfaction with Teamwork Projects
We used Teamwork both as a chat client and as a way to timetable our projects and map out projects on a yearly or monthly level. We were also able to store assets from meets, notes, Client Logos and other assets needed for keeping track of tasks and random information we received from emails.
- The Teamwork Chat Client was basic but good.
- The timetable and ability to view projects timelines in a month view was great for setting milestones and being able to predict if we could meet deadlines.
- The task management tool was very robust and detailed when compared to Asana.
- It takes a little while to figure out like every program does.
- I wish that it would integrate better with Google drive.
- If you're not responsible for a task it won't show up on the calendar (i.e. if you're only "following" that task).
- Teamwork helped cut our project management down by 2-3 hours a week with its fast loading and great search functions.
