Overall Satisfaction with Teamwork Projects

I use Teamwork Projects to keep track of all incoming client request, monitoring progress and mapping tasks, so that nothing gets missed.

Pros

  • Task tracking
  • Time Management
  • Task Delegation

Cons

  • I would like to be able to map start and end times for tasks to really drill down on task management.
  • Time tracking on tasks has lead to increased productivity and makes invoicing really easy.
  • Break down projects into micro-tasks so attention to detail is maximised.
Teamwork Projects can be adapted to suit most industries and businesses, the only barrier I can see is the cost. Although they offer a year free to startups :-)
