Overall Satisfaction with Teamwork Projects
My depart is utilizing Teamwork for completing audits and some training modules both of which are based off of a new software platform that has been put into production. It allows management to track the progress of completion of our individual audits and training which are divided into specific tasks.
- Intuitive dashboards.
- Very easy to learn.
- Easy to modify and make updates.
- More customizable labeling of fields.
- Better group chat or messaging feature like Discord.
- Easier to share team files.
- Task management.
- Milestone tracking and goal setting.
- Project templates.
- Helped to organize team work schedule.
- Helped to budget time allocation.
- Easy to view team member progress.
We previously relied solely on TaskManager which was an in-house developed task management platform. It did not have a lot of the functionalities that Teamwork has. TaskManager did provide some visualization tools to monitor team member progress but it relied on other tools for messaging and had no email integration. In addition Teamwork has built in Agile process flow procedures that support that workflow style more easily.
