Overall Satisfaction with Tellennium - Management of Things (MoT)

We
experienced difficulties capturing and monitoring our telecom accounts after
the separation from our parent company. We were paying too much for services
that were clearly defined in our contracts as having set rates, paying for
phone lines that had been inactive for a long time, and paying late penalties
on a regular basis. Legal had signed our contracts, but we paid the invoices
without knowing what was stipulated in them, and our procurement team lacked
the time to investigate and review every account. When Tellennium was brought
on board, they did a fantastic job of cleaning up the data. They also provide
recommendations, conduct audits, and even provide reporting. Within the first
year of working with Tellennium , we were able to secure $200k in savings in
telecom accounts.

Pros

  • Clear communication
  • Providing recommendations
  • Audit telecom accounts

Cons

  • Need to provide more reporting capabilities
  • Need to improvement on the portal
  • Billing consolidation
  • Audit and optimization
  • Telecom expense management
  • Consolidation of telecom accounts
  • $200k savings in 1 year
  • Capture opportunities for the company
