Overall Satisfaction with Telynx

It used to be that Telynx would answer tickets/requests within minutes and resolve them. They had the online chat bot which was working great. Since COVID, things have slowed down for them and I do not get a quick response, but I like the platform and the different options they have.

We were having major call issues that were never resolved. Telynx seems like it won't complete calls coming from unknown numbers, which causes us a lot of issues as a B2B VoIP business vendor.

They have great technology. It seems like they are always advancing and moving to new products. They are young and innovative and keep updating the platform with new products and technologies. We would love if they could offer more to resellers--give them more tools to learn all the options they have to offer.
