Overall Satisfaction with TempWorks Software
We used TempWorks as our front and back office software for my staffing company. We did not renew with them in April and went with Avionte.
- [I believe] Customer Service is terrible.
- [In my experience,] responsiveness is terrible.
- [I feel] ease of use isn't great.
- [In my opinion,] processes take too long, too many steps.
- TempWorks system limitations had a negative impact because the system is so inefficient.
We use Avionte and it is significantly better in almost all aspects and we have great customer service. I have access to the CEO if there are any serious issues that are not resolved.
Do you think TempWorks Software delivers good value for the price?
Are you happy with TempWorks Software's feature set?
Did TempWorks Software live up to sales and marketing promises?
Did implementation of TempWorks Software go as expected?

[In my experience,] it's not a great system, clearly there is not enough investment in upgrading the system.
I give this a zero on all fronts. In fact, I tried to reach out to the CEO multiple times to help me resolve challenges we were having and he did not respond to me once. Had he responded we probably would still be with them today.
The way I explain TempWorks to people who ask me about my experience is that it is a company in decline. When I started with TempWorks years ago, the service was great. Over the past several years [I feel] it has completely declined. I would not recommend TempWorks to anyone.
