Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We purchased this product as we are located in central Florida and hurricanes are inevitable. We have used Text-Em-All several times to alert all employees of office closures, emergency processes, IT outages, etc. It has been a great product that has never done anything except what they claim it does. Its Texts-Em-All.

Easy to configure, easy to use. Add/Remove users is fast. Overall a great product I would recommend for anyone needing to blast out messages to everyone on a test list with ease.

Pros

  • User interface is easy to navigate
  • Initial provisioning was simple
  • Very easy to use when needed

Cons

  • Message failures have to be searched for
  • Anyone who responds to the message generates an email
  • Ability to mass text with ease
  • It does exactly what we need it to do. We reach everyone quickly and don't have to rely on emails being read.

As mentioned before we utilize this primarily to let staff know of office closures due to issues with weather. Hurricanes is our primary reason however we have used it several times for just general information or outages. Not everyone constantly checks emails but they will notice the notification of a text almost immediately.
