Overall Satisfaction with Text-Em-All

We utilize Text-Em-All to send out mass text messages with information to our employees. Also, we utilize it to text employees in a pinch when other methods of communication have not worked. The issues we run into are those that opt-out of the messaging and are therefore unable to receive the messaging.

Text-Em-All’s impact on your ability to optimize employee communications, fill jobs and shifts, or use mass texting to reach our contacts with emergency notifications has been immensely helpful. Specifically, when it comes to job openings, we are able to send out a mass text to everyone to let them know what position(s) are available for interviews. It's also great to send out mass texts for information regarding bad weather and how the facility handles holidays.

In my opinion, Text-Em-All is well suited for companies that have a large base of employees that need to send out mass communications for. Mass communications can be in the form of notifications for overtime, fire drills, tornado drills, etc. It is also beneficial when you need to notify your employees of bad weather and what to do. I would say it's less appropriate for smaller companies where you have less than 50 employee.
