Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I am on the sales team, so I use TextExpander to add in templates for emails, quickly add links, and ensure I've spelled things correctly. Having to constantly check for the right link to this walkthrough, that account set up page, this trial, that meeting link, super tedious. With TextExpander I can just drop them in where I need them and always know they're right.

Usability

I'm obsessed with this app. It was the only thing I asked my leadership team to add to the budget for me. I can't see myself working in the sales/remote/tech space without it these days. Huge fan, love how easy it us to use, low effort to set up, and grows as my needs and use cases do.

For users who live in a specific app that already allows for templates, TextExpander might not be the best fit. Even then though, you are generally limited to one template per message. TextExpander is great because it carries across all platforms I use. I can use it to drop into emails, browsers, Slack convos, etc seamlessly. Really anyone who is consistently using the same language, links, or info would be in the ICP for TextExpander.

Users and Roles

1 - I am the only person on my current team who uses it. I discovered it in my previous org, where it was used for the entire company (400ish people). I would be happy to support and help other users in my current team, but realistically each of us are doing a very specific job so it might not be a fit for everyone like it is for me.
