We use Okta as our main Single Sign-On (SSO) solution for our internal systems so users only need to have one set of credentials and log in once. We also natively integrate Okta with our product platform to provide SSO capabilities for our customers. Okta acts as the goto solution for everything SSO for our organization and customers.

One user interface/experience for all our applications helped to reduce confusion for our users. Users only need to familiarize themselves with the Okta interface and authentication flow.
We initially got in touch with Okta's sales/services team to get our SAML implementation going, which was very fast and straight forward. After the evaluation, we decided to partner with Okta to resell/integrate their SSO solution, and all it took was one quick meeting with their VP and everything is done, zero road block.
Reliability of any cloud services is very important, especially when it comes to authentication. If it goes down, nobody can get into any system. Luckily, Okta has been very reliable and we did not have any outages.
We briefly looked at Ping, but Okta was simply too good as a fit and they did everything to make the decision simple for us.
