Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

The Okta Identity Cloud is being used by EXP Realty to facilitate the logins of multiple apps and platforms.

Pros

  • Direct login to apps
  • One stop place for multiple apps
  • Easy chrome extension

Cons

  • Logging in directly is sometimes easier
  • Exp has not linked all our apps
  • Can get to my apps at one place
  • Can deploy apps with one click
I have a password manager but this allows me to single click
I have not had to use customer support. My experience [with The Okta Identity Cloud] has been exceptional
I have helped several agents employ the The Okta Identity Cloud add-in to Chrome. It is seamless and always available.
I did not personally select The Okta Identity Cloud, I have it as a benefit of being an EXP agent.
It keeps all my most used apps together with my logins
