It has made integration relatively painless, especially from the SaaS application perspective.
We engage with the team often through our CSM and are always met with professional responses that meet the sense of urgency needed for the issue being experienced. I have also begun using the training portal as well and [it] has been very easy to use with helpful training info.
It has been a big help and is the #1 priority and expectation. Being unreliable would be a disaster and mostly eliminate productivity.
