Okta it's being used across the whole organization, before joining the company I never used okta, and I must say this is a great tool to manage the identity of the personnel in the most secure way. One of the things I like it's the way it resolves easily the implementation of MFA.

- Productivity is being enhanced thanks to the self service tools
Actually, this is one of my favorite things about okta, sometimes I need to check when my next payday is and using the app it connects easily and securely with the server, or even growing chrome on my phone I can get the information I need.
I can't talk about the training part because I didn't receive formal training just some introductory videos, but those are well explained, and best of all the application is very user-friendly
I have never seen a downtime during my authentication to my different apps, I can say that this statement of 99.99 uptime record is true.
