Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
The Okta Identify Cloud is primarily being used as a Two-Factor Authentication service to help keep our users that login to our main company portal secure. It's used by all departments that need access to the portal, and exists as both a desktop login, or as a mobile app. It allows for a consistent and secure tool for helping keep all our users' logins safe.

Our team really only uses [The] Okta [Identity Cloud] for logging into one platform, so we've not quite experienced this functionality. However, given the power and security we've experienced just in accessing this one platform, I can see this being very useful across other platforms as well.
I have not interacted with Okta's Customer [First] team at this point.
Our company deploys team members in different time zones and around the world. As such, having a service that doesn't experience any significant downtime is crucial, especially [where] security is concerned. This is a huge selling point for us and just another reason why we've continued to rely upon this service to keep us secure.
