Okta - Great SSO/Directory offering
Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
Okta is one of the better directory/SSO products and is something we use daily. It solves things like onboarding and offboarding, plus app provisioning. Provisioning/Deprovisioning capabilities of Okta really stand out.

Okta allows us to centralize all user management features. The central management is amazing when it comes to onboarding and offboarding. Process is smooth and very easily understood by everyone.
Support is very fast to answer a lot of questions. While opening a ticket may result in your ticket being assigned to an odd region, it is very quickly fixed. Support engineers are pretty sharp and on point.
We never had a system outage. So I cannot comment on Okta's SLA and handling issues.
