Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
We are a big corporation with many internal and SaaS apps. We leverage Okta for all the authentication sequences. We use the portal and the add-on. You need some experience with using SAML to add new apps. Okta is integrating with LDAP which is very convenient also provisioning new users is a vert cook use case

- Okta verify is great for 2fa
- logs a bit unreadable.
- password less hard to implement
- easy for IT to support
- some nice security features
Yes, you don't need to configure 2fa for each app separately. Saves a lot of man hours
Support is decent. Good SLA and support agent are highly helpful.
it is a golden service for us. we will not allow it to be less than 99.9 uptime. if it is broken no one can work.
