I am shocked with Okta
Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud
Okta was rolled out to a certain amount of departments. Once we complete deployment to all departments, we plan to roll out to other subsidiaries.

- Better documentation for setup
- Clear path and explanation for implementing in a multi cloud environment
- It has increased out collaboration and producivity
- We are able to scale up
- When there is a need for an application to use SSO, we can easily integrate which aligns our application development efforts with our SSO requirements
We specifically pushed our approval for Okta in order to be able to use it immediately for our multi cloud efforts.
We have not had to engage customer support for any specific issues as of yet. I came from another company that used Okta extensively and I have implemented it for customers many times previous to this engagement. I can answer this based on my previous experience, support has been exceptional. They also follow up after there seems to be a solution. In other words, they get back to us even though we may have solved the issue. They follow up to make sure it the solution is still working.
We have not experienced any outage.
