Overall Satisfaction with The Okta Identity Cloud

We use Okta Identity Cloud to access different types of tools that we use daily in our work. It enables us to change passwords easily on our end without further checking with any support like IT or SD support. It keeps the information secured because before we can access anything it asks for identification.

Of course, it makes my access secure, and aside from that most of my tools have the same password so it helps me to remember only one password in different tools. Some other tools are not limited to bookmarks so we can just easily open those tools without even typing again the password. Also, you can change passwords at a time with different tools.
My teammates love how Okta works because unlike before instead of waiting in line to get our log-ins fixed we can do it on our end. We can change passwords for example without asking for support or calling FD. Also, it helps and or lessens the workload of the managers.
First, as employees, we can do whatever we need to do with the help of Okta without further consulting our managers. Then the managers will be able to focus more on the other work that needs to be done. By then we will be able to give the customer an efficient real-time without further delays.

I have not used or explored all of its usages yet but one thing I experienced is changing passwords with my tools. Before, we used to wait for a specific hour when we can call SD to change our password. It could reach a day or two days, especially during the weekend but now we can immediately change the password on our end without any help or support.
