Overall Satisfaction with Thinkific
I began creating my online courses on Thinkific 5 years ago and have not regretted it. I started on a different platform but when I wasn't getting the support I needed, I went looking for something else and found Thinkific. Thinkific is easy to use, has great support and publishes training that supports a startup course creator like me. And it seems they are always working on new functionality which is very important and keeps me around, happily.
Pros
- The courses and training offered is a game changer for startup course creators.
- Ever improving and adding new functionality.
Cons
- The community function is somewhat unusable for my students; I'm not sure if it's hard to find or what, but I have a tough time getting them to use it.
- As a startup, I need more help with enrollment. The sales piece is a challenge. I know there has been some training and support, but perhaps an opt-in dedicated barrage of support on sales would be helpful. If the sales are coming in, then the cost is negligible.
