Overall Satisfaction with Thinkific

We use Thinkific Plus for both internal staff trainings and external partner-facing courses to onboard and educate on new offerings. It helps us streamline knowledge sharing, reduce onboarding time, and scale training across teams and audiences. Its flexibility and user-friendly interface make it a great fit for our growing organizational and programmatic learning needs.

  • It's positive in expanding our reach
  • We have hopes to use it more in the future for course sales.
I gave Thinkific Plus a 7 out of 10 because it’s a strong, easy-to-use platform for internal and external training needs. It’s reliable, scalable, and effective for short-form content. However, it lacks some advanced features for deeper learning experiences or complex course structures, which limits its use for more academic or interactive learning environments.
Thinkific Plus stands out for its simplicity and intuitive user interface, making it much easier to teach and adopt, especially for non-technical staff or partners. While comparable platforms offer similar features, Thinkific’s ease of use significantly reduces onboarding time and support needs. This usability makes it a better fit for organizations prioritizing quick, accessible training across diverse teams.

Thinkific Plus is ideal for short company courses, IT trainings, and program overviews, especially when quick, scalable learning is needed. It’s intuitive for both creators and learners. However, it’s less suited for in-depth academic programs or highly interactive, research-based content that requires advanced testing, grading, or peer engagement features typically found in higher ed platforms.
