Overall Satisfaction with Thinkific
Currently, for my organization, we are using Thinkific Plus to create educational courses for new customers who want to learn our trading platform. The problem the business was trying to solve for was users not funding their trading account once they created an account. With Thinkific, we are able to give educational videos and materials to guide users through the process of funding and placing their first trade. This has lead to more accounts being funded.
Pros
- Thinkific offers a lot of great easy to use premade templates
- Thinkific offers an easy way to collect data and feedback on our courses
- Thinkific offers great customer service
Cons
- Although Thinkific has some great premade templates, when you made changes to code it becomes significantly harder to navigate.
- Thinkific does not offer a staging environment where you can test your work fully before it is pushed live. There is a sandbox, but you would need to duplicate your work in order to pull it over to your live site.
- Thinkific has lead to more funded accounts for our company
