we use thousand eyes to get deeper into troubleshooting the user and application performance related problems. Thousand eyes is very useful to understand baseline network path for any application traffic and alert / allow administrators to troubleshoot when there is a deviation from baseline traffic. Any deviation from baseline could result into either additional delays causing performance issues or render application outage as the case may be.
- Network path for a particular communication
- Baseline network performance
- Alert in case of any change in network path causing performance problems
- Integration with applications like appdynamics is useful, but there are gaps. WE are unable to get appdynamics results into thousand eyes
- Integration with Active directory
- Good positive impact - for WAN based application performance monitoring
- Reports are very useful to senior management and integration with appdynamics like tools make it very useful
