Good for our simple use case
Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Cloud Integration (including BusinessWorks and Scribe)
Scribe is being used by one of our business units as a data loader into Salesforce. It allows them to upload data from various systems into Salesforce so that they can generate an engagement dashboard.
Pros
- The UI is straightforward and easy to use.
- The feedback system (emails) letting us know of sync failures is good because we know when something is wrong.
Cons
- Some of the error messages when things fail are not very clear, and it makes troubleshooting slow.
- We didn't need to spend a lot of time and money to get the business set up (during a time where we didn't have resources available) so we were able to deliver with low impact.
It was recommended to us by our third-party Salesforce partner and seemed to suit our needs. Given our time crunch, the selection process was very quick, so I don't feel I can answer this question effectively.

We had a third party give us our training (our Salesforce implementation partner) so it has been a lot of self-taught learning with a bit of online support from them. We haven't actually received any training from TIBCO.
