Overall Satisfaction with TIBCO Spotfire
The solution is used by my department for data exploration, data analytics, visualization, and reporting purposes. As data analytic solution providers, we aim to know the tool as much as we can, we use it every day, for various purposes. Our main goal is to explore the different use cases the solution can solve, the various data sources the tool can connect to, and the different variations of analytical and visual methods, the tool can offer to its users. Also, we continuously evaluate the performance of the tool and compare it to other similar solutions so that we can always offer the best solution to our clients.

- An extremely powerful product, yet it's very easy to learn how to use it even on an advanced level.

We are dealing with and evaluate as many data analytics and BI tools as it is feasible for us in order to be able to suggest the best tool to our clients. Spotfire is strong in intuitive and easy to learn analytics, plus it has built-in functionality to work with R, which is a huge plus to Spotfire as with R, statistical and mathematical modeling can be implemented in Spotfire, which many of our clients find very useful. Learning Spotfire is also relatively easy compared to other tools.

We did online training mostly as well as various training available within our organization. The learning curve is absolutely fine, even the less experienced can learn it with ease. You can use the product from day 1 of your training as the user interface basically navigates your move.
Unfortunately, we did not integrate it with other Spotfire products, but it is in the pipeline for the year. We did use it with Tableau, and they work pretty well together. Spotfire supports data extraction to Tableau, where you can visualize your data better than in Spotfire. If you use other similar tools you will have no problem with the integration, as Spotfire greatly supports working with other tools.
