Overall Satisfaction with Tidal Automation

Tidal is used for automating a variety of tasks within our HCM environment.
  • Payroll processing which occurs bi-weekly.
  • Distribution of data to state agencies, internal and external customers, and vendors.
  • Intake of data from other state agencies.
  • Automating repetitive tasks such as coordinating processing between internal systems.
Tidal is very important to the accurate and consistent processing of our payrolls, and the transfer of data in and out of our system.
  • Management of job hierarchies
  • Scheduling jobs with dependencies
  • Logging job results
  • Better promotion of jobs and their components.
  • Better graphical depiction of jobs and their dependencies
  • Dashboard for job processing statuses.
  • Hard to quantify since we've had the Tidal product for so long and it's so integrated in to our HCM processing.
  • Removing or replacing Tidal in our environment would be a significant hardship on the organization
Tidal is the only SAP automation tool that we've used.
