Overall Satisfaction with Triblio ABM/ABX Platform

We use Triblio to help us identify meaningful leads by leveraging valuable first and third-party data. Triblio makes it possible for a small SaaS company without a lot of manpower to implement ABM strategies to help compete in a world where the sales motion is now very different - requiring more targeted messaging and education before prospects are willing to engage with a salesperson. We believe that as we continue to spin up our ABM strategies, Triblio is helping us be in the right place and at the right time for the right audience for a reasonable CPC.

My Triblio success manager has been an invaluable asset to getting started quickly so I could start showing a measurable impact quickly. She didn't overthink and overcomplicate the situation. She understood our underdog status and the need to get going and keep optimizing as we went along. She's been an invaluable part of our engagement, and I believe that is what sets Triblio apart. If I were given just an inside person and a chat support option - I'd leave this, or any other platform, immediately. This is too strategic to be turned over to robots and third-world tech support staff who don't understand the actual objectives we are trying to accomplish. (Who have never done my job).

Triblio is a relatively new platform for us, and it's our first ABM orchestration platform, so feedback is with those caveats. So far, the platform is well suited to targeting & serving ad messaging far more efficiently than we could ever do on our own. Triblio does NOT provide contact information like some "ABM/X" platforms do. Be aware of that. We understand and are OK with it - but some people confuse what an ABM platform should provide, and if you are expecting to have access to specific contact to enrich your targeting - that's not part of what Triblio does.
