Overall Satisfaction with TripIt
It’s being used across the organization for travel expensing and booking. It solves the problem of making booking and itineraries unified and reviewable. Additionally, the reminders it sends while on a trip are beneficial. It has saved me from missing flights due to timezone changes several times.

- Functionality is a little clunky on mobile
- Could use a mobile wallet integration.
- We don't miss flights so it kept us on time and on budget
Kayak is better on mobile. That's the only real difference.
