Overall Satisfaction with TripIt
TripIt is used as the system of record for all business travel. It ensures we use hotels, flights and rental cars within our company's expense policy. The whole company uses it and it is helpful to keep expenses down. It is also very helpful in finding approved hotels in areas you may be unfamiliar with.
- Hotel booking.
- Flight booking.
- Rental cars.
- Some trip info is not as cheap as it is thru something like Expedia so some sort of integration there would be nice.
- It has kept travel spending within budget.
- It has avoided issues with employees going out of policy.
I think they are equally useful and I liked using both of them.
