Overall Satisfaction with Troop Messenger

Initially, we used mails for documenting the communication and the chat app’s a free plan for quick communication. Later, we changed our minds and opted for Troop Messenger since the price was less compared to others. Henceforth, we started using Troop Messenger predominantly dues to its efficiency and left mails. Now, our organization from the Board of directors to interns is using Troop Messenger for communicating.

Pros

  • Admin controls

Cons

  • We are biased towards Troop Messenger, I can say it is already the best tool.
  • It improved the communication between the teams, and the collaboration is boosted like never before.
After testing various tools we decided to go with Troop Messenger because it is not just about features, it was working very well compared to any tool in the market so we decided to opt for the best tool like Troop Messenger. This tool is easy to use and every functionality works fine.
