Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
We use TrustRadius for Buyers in my organization to identify and then evaluate potential software and technology solutions that may solve pertinent business problems and challenges within my department and organization as a whole. In marketing, we have evaluated software for social media management, CRM tools, display and paid advertising, and more.

I have used both the Gartner Magic Quadrant and the Forrester Wave reports when evaluating potential software and technology solutions. They are helpful in getting a relatively unbiased snapshot of the positioning of the solution from an expert point of view. The impact of such reports only goes so far, as customer reviews, demos, and pricing tend to have more sway on the buying decision.
In addition to a solution's overall score, I also look at product reviews, relevant or required feature ratings, and the list of integrations available for the technology or software solution. The overall score is a great indicator of customer happiness as well as innovation and capability, but sometimes it is important to dig into the specifics.
While the G2 for Buyers platform and the TrustRadius for Buyers platform are both very similar in ease of use and catalog of software solutions or technology platforms, they differ in the way that they are set up and managed.
