Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
As a marketing agency, we make use of a lot of software, and TrustRadius for Buyers is usually our first port of call when trying to find the right fit, in terms of pricing, usability, features, etc. Reading reviews on software helps us figure out what would work for our clients or us before going through the hassle of setting up a demo or signing up for a trial.

We look out for user-friendliness, especially for the software we're recommending to clients. We also look at integrations, as well as use-case scenarios, if available, to make sure it will actually do what we need it to do.
I have browsed G2 and Capterra in the past, but always come back to TrustRadius for Buyers because it is organized in a way that appeals to me and has a better quality of review, I find.
