Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is used with administrative hourly staff. It allows me to capture time data despite employees' varying schedules and times out of the office.

Pros

  • TSheets has really good customer support. I most recently worked with Jen D., who was very helpful and got straight to my problem.
  • TSheets shows consideration for Non-Profits by offering reduced pricing, which is very appreciated.

Cons

  • I only wish that account administrators did not have to pay for an account.
  • The biggest ROI for me are time savings and ease.
TSheets is well suited for small to mid-sized employers with staff who are offsite or who have fluctuating schedules that may result in data not having been submitted on time through in-person/traditional means.
