Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
Abilaire utilizes TSheets for time tracking against projects for internal employees, seasonal employees, part-time employee, and contractors. We were looking for a system that integrated with our invoicing and project management systems and tools.
Pros
- Their customer service is second to none. Each time we have had a question from onboarding to simple administration or technical issues we have caused our self they are responsive, swift and easy to work with. Especially Brad BD1.
Cons
- I would appreciate an integration with an electronic performance support tool that guides you through the different functions.
- The small cost of Tsheets removed a massive undertaking of manual time entry track through spreadsheets.
Much more robust than the tools we have used in the past. Much better customer service.
