Overall Satisfaction with Tungsten Power PDF
We have found this much easier to use and more cost-effective than Adobe PDF writers. Tungsten Power PDF has helped us tremendously in our work efficiency. This is the perfect solution for small to medium businesses who don't want to spend the annual fees for Adobe Acrobat Reader with the same functionality. It is easy to use. All of our staff was able to easily transition to Tungsten Power PDF with ease. The program is intuitive. We purchase our licenses from a third-party vendor for software. It is extremely easy for us to transfer a license to a new employee when one leaves.

It is very easy to use. Staff had no issue moving from Adobe to Tungsten Power PDF. There was no additional training necessary. Everything was self-explanatory and easy to follow. Our staff was able to start creating and editing PDF documents and forms with ease. We have many forms and documents that we like to create for clients. This made the process so much easier and efficient. Installing the software was seamless and took very little time. Everyone was excited to start using it and I had no complaints from staff.
Just as good if not better than the Adobe product line with less cost. We needed a PDF writer and editor. Tungsten Power PDF allowed us the same functionality at a fraction of the cost. We thought it was worth trying and it was definitely a great choice for our business needs. I recommend trying it. It was well worth it for us!

The most valuable feature for us is form creation and editing forms. Tungsten Power PDF allows us to easily create PDF and edit PDFs and forms. This was the reason we purchased the product and how we used it. It allows us to do our work in house and not have to hire someone to create forms for us.

24 - Our users are mostly insurance customer service representatives in either the employee benefits division, commercial lines insurance, or personal lines insurance division. They are general users who use it for daily tasks to create necessary forms, type in existing PDF forms or read PDF forms. Everyone in our office uses the Tungsten Power PDF software exclusively.
1 - I am the only one here to support the software if the users have an issue. We do not have issues with the software and never have. It was a seamless transition. I have not encountered any issues since our inception of the software approximately 5 years ago. Staff love it.

Evaluating Tungsten Power PDF and Competitors
Yes - We had the standard free version of Adobe. We needed the ability to not only read PDFs but also create, edit, and add text to an existing PDF document. I did a price and functionality comparison and found them to be comparable in functionality. For the price difference, it was worth it to try it and I am glad we did!

I needed a product that was easy to use and learn for our staff. This product did all of that. No one had any issues switching to this product and learning how to use it. They all are able to use it without any difficulty. This is a great product for us.
I would not make any changes. This was the right product for our needs as a small business. I did a price and functionality comparison between a few products, especially Adobe, and Tungsten Power PDF was capable of all the things we need to be able to do on a daily basis.

No, we did not. We are a small business with 25 staff members. We utilize a third party on retainer to deal with any of our IT issues. We did not feel the need to purchase premium support. Everyone here is a basic user and is capable of doing their everyday tasks using this software without help.
We needed a new license for a new employee ASAP. I reached out to Tungsten as one of our license numbers was not working. They got back to me immediately and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. I had constant email contact with them about the issue and their steps to resolve it.
