Nothing Like Relaxing on the (Tweet)Deck
Overall Satisfaction with TweetDeck
We use TweetDeck for creating and scheduling all FMLS tweets. Because we have two accounts, one for real estate news and one for urgent updates to our members, it's important that we can update both channels individually or simultaneously. TweetDeck allows us the freedom to monitor our streams, mentions, favorites, and direct messages for both accounts without having to switch back and forth.
Pros
- Brand monitoring: Allows you to maintain brand integrity by interacting with those mentioning your brand.
- Simultaneous logins: Allows you to connect multiple accounts in order to manage from one place.
- Quick reply: Immediately alerts you to replies, favorites, follows, and direct messages for seamless clientele interaction.
Cons
- Popular Hasthag Searching: I feel that TweetDeck would benefit from a section that gives you tips on relevant, trending hashtags.
- Better customer service due to quick interaction with members.
- An increase in followers due to time appropriate news achieved through scheduling.
- A more active social presence for live events such as trade shows.
TweetDeck's layout and design is more user-friendly than Hootsuite.
