- Ability to consistently monitor brand mentions over time.
- Various output options available including PDF or XLS files.
- Monitoring mentions beyond Twitter.
- Many issues are due to APIs, but in some cases there are restrictions on the number of terms you can track.
- Ability to set standard/saved terms (e.g. brand name) when building new trackers to save time.

Tweetreach is very affordable and quite flexible for what you pay for. We use it regularly as it is able to capture data not available in some of the most expensive tools we have access to.
