Overall Satisfaction with Typeform
We use Typeform to collet data from our salesteam in order to complete equipment mockups for them. Typeform provided us with a free, easy to set up, simple to use, and accessible anywhere platform to gather the data needed from sales for this purpose. Prior to implementing Typeform, requests took quite awhile as it was a lot of back and forth getting answers to questions marketing needed to complete the project. Using Typeform forms saves time and ensures no additional questions need to be asked, which means turnaround is faster.

- I have no comments on how the free version of Typeform could improve. For what it is, the free version is incredibly powerful and easy to use.
- Typeform has allowed us to streamline requests from sales, making it easier for them to ask for what they need and requiring less back and forth to get questions answered. This has allowed marketing to complete more requests in less time.
- Easy to modify form means items can be added or removed as needed. Changes to the form happen in real time and are easy to make.
- Since it is no cost, we aren't wasting money on features we don't need or for a solution that might have been "workable" somewhere else. Everything we need is available free from Typeform.
The only option I knew about was SurveyMonkey, and it didn't have the ability (in the free version) to do some of what I needed it to do. Typeform gives us multiple options on each form, as well as the ability to create multiple forms. I can even duplicate a form and use it as a template, which is great. Paying for a solution was not an option.
