Overall Satisfaction with Typeform
We currently use Typeform in a couple of different areas in our organization. We use it for our partner program for a quick and easy way to submit orders. We also use it in our customer experience department for training aspects to provide a seamless transition between materials. Typeform overall is an extremely easy system to use.
- Provides great templates to use.
- You have the ability to build from scratch with a multitude of options.
- The branching can be difficult to understand at the start.
- There are almost too many options.
- It brings in business through our partner program.
- It has increased the revenue made through the program by making access quick and easy.
Typeform is much more aesthetically pleasing compared to Google Forms. The transition throughout the app is much more smooth and easy to understand. Overall, I believe Typeform is a superior platform to use when you need to create training aides or templates for outside users. Typeform stacks up better in every way.
