Overall Satisfaction with Typeform

[I believe] they have poor customer support [and that they] randomly keep changing plans. [I feel] their refund policy is also pathetic. [In my opinion,] there are much better options outside; use them instead of using Typeform. [In my experience,] it, first of all, takes more than 24 hours to even get [the] first response from support teams, and then there [is a lot of] back and forth due to their poor logical ability to analyze problems. [I] strongly feel that their support staff need training on attitude and data analysis.

  • [They need to] hire better customer support.
  • [They need to work on] training customer [support] staff.
  • [They need to provide the] right analytical tools [to their staff so that they can] answer customers.
  • [They need to work on the] heavy fees charged to their customers.
  • [Using Typeform resulted in] delays in doing business [for me].
