Overall Satisfaction with Ubiquiti WLAN

We are using these devices to connect two buildings across a parking lot where connecting hardwired would have required trenching through the parking lot and a lot of concrete. We did not want to tear up our parking lot so this was an easy and affordable way to connect the two buildings.

Pros

Cons

  • The product works well, i dont ever have to touch it so i can't really think of anything i'd improve on it.
  • If we didnt use this we would have had a huge expense of trenching up a parking lot
This product was recommended to us by our vendor so we went with it and have not been disappointed. We've not used other similar devices as this one works very well. We would definitely go with Ubiquiti again if we came up against a similar scenario. I've used several Ubiquiti products and they are all solid.

Works very well for connecting facilities or points of interest, even at great distances. The system was easy to install physically and easy to install on the software/setup side. We didnt have any issues with alignment or getting the two points to see each other, it just worked and worked well. We've had them running for several years and they are very reliable and we have not had issues with them at all.
