Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Across the organization, we are using the RPA Platform. Users were doing a lot of manual work in their day-to-day business activities, and after we introduced the UiPath RPA platform we have automized most of the manual work by using scheduled jobs. This has saved us a lot of business users' time, and avoided human errors.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Closely integrated with most of the major platforms(like Oracle, SAP, MS Office tools, excel, etc).
Automate most of the day-to-day business activities.
Very easy to maintain the systems.

Cons

Integration with PDF could improve more. The reading PDF doesn't work as expected all the time.

Return on Investment

Very easy to schedule the jobs and connect to the machines.
Automate most of our manual work processes.

Alternatives Considered

Blue Prism

UiPath is very superior to other RPA technologies because it's very tightly integrated with most of the available technologies in the current market, which will allow any organization to convert their routine manual work to automated processes that will save them time and dollars. UiPath training material is also available on their website, so one can learn it very easily and effectively.

Likelihood to Recommend

When we are going live with some system changes, business users used to conduct the user acceptance tests, and had to spend a lot of time on testing the functionality to make sure it wouldn't break anything in the existing functionality. We have automated this process by using UiPath, which has saved a lot of business hours.
