Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We implement some robots to automate a lot of activities that require repetitive actions, like the manipulation of excel files, extracting data from PDF files. We deploy robots that help us with the day to day activities. In this way, we optimize our time. The best feature is the accuracy with speed of the processes. We deploy robots in many areas and they improve our productivity and optimize our time.

  • User Interface - Anybody from any background can use this product.
  • Image process needs some improvement.

  • Saved lots of efforts and money on automation of SAP, Excel, data extraction and validation jobs.

The user interface of UiPath is good and easier to configure. Reframework is good. UiPath support is good for community users as well as for enterprise users.
UiPath provides us 24/7 support, and they are really efficient and hard workers. When we need any documentation they are always there to help and provide us a better approach to do any task. They have expert skills and a friendly attitude. UiPath Academy, UiPath Forum and UiPath Go are the products which makes UiPath better.

Some specific scenarios where UiPath process mining is well suited include rule-based processes, high volume, scenarios with fewer errors, minimum or no human intervention, etc.
Now, some specific scenarios where UiPath Process Mining is less appropriate are human intelligence, unstructured data, and if you need to sscan documents with less visibility or less DPI, etc.
