Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use Ready for our payroll, recruiting and HRIS.

Pros

  • Screens are user friendly
  • Single sign on works well

Cons

  • Reporting is not user friendly when needing to create a new one
  • New services/file feeds take ridiculously long and the response is slow
  • We've had several "dedicated" account reps, one of which never communicated with our team. Horrible support
  • Community is a nightmare. You can't find help on the topic you need - gives you unrelated articles from years past.
Some things are ok, others are a nightmare.
We had to get a file feed for our new life/disability carrier. They could not get it done on time and it pushed our start with them by a month

Employee info is easy to update and locate. The performance section is very limited on how you can build it so we've avoided using it.
